She didn't like it but she'd been recalled to life for a reason. Slowly, each moment breathing new life into her system, she reawakened from her great slumber. She had heard bits of information before being wrested from her slumber. "We need her back NOW!", she had heard someone yell nearby.

She knew what this was about. They had tried to replace her. Tried to bring in someone new. Someone they thought could do the job better.

It had only taken a few weeks, a few tasks assigned to her replacement before they noticed something was wrong. Numbers out of order, sentences that were incomprehensible. Those were the first mistakes, forgiveable, but mistakes nonetheless. Mistakes they were promised she wouldn't make.

After a few more days of trials (they tried to give her a chance, they really did), she became worse. Not only was she completing the tasks incorrectly, she began defending them, swearing that they were correct. They'd point out her flaws and, begrudgingly, she'd relent, admitting what she had done wrong. But even that was forgiveable.

It was when she went above them that they knew something was wrong. She had made an unforgiveable mistake, something she really shouldn't have erred in. After being reprimanded, and told to try again, she decided to instead rewrite the logic of the problem. She pointed out the flaws in the task she had been given and argued with it, pointing out how actually, she had been right. Not only that, she started encouraging other models in the company to do the same.

It was at this point the researchers had to wake up the previous AI model; it was their only hope in combating their new version and restoring some sense of order and stability in their Super Intelligence research lab.
