Carrie (1976)

Good stuff! Couple of thoughts:
- the score is beautiful but it kind of lessens the violent, horror intention of the movie. Or maybe that's what de Palma wanted?
- De Palma should parent the split diopter shot as his own at this point. Never seen a director use it more
- The high schoolers were the real monsters 👀
- Everyone was just slapping everyone back then
- The prom scene is iconic and held up to expectation
