Parthenope (2024)

Very much a style over substance movie. But I really really liked the style. Beautiful imagery of Naples. You just live in this dream world that Sorrentino creates for 2 hours. I haven't seen too much Fellini, but there are some scenes and set ups that I know felt fellini-esque. These elaborate creations of peculiar scenarios. And beautifully shot and constructed.
Lead actress is one of the most beautiful leads I've seen on film and that's kind of the point. The movies about beauty. In all it's forms and all it's challenges. Sorrentino knows how to shoot beauty and beautifully. No complaints
