Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021)

Finally marvel is back on track with a knockout movie. Obviously it had the classic marvel elements: the quips, cliche dialogue here and there, and incredible action set pieces. But it also had more. The cultural display was incredible. Really felt like they did their research and included Asian culture in a natural and seamless way. On top of that there was an unexpected emotional core which really grounded the entire movie. The comedy was sometimes a bit uneeded but overall marvel was on it’s a game. Reallly excited to see more of
