Taipei Story (1985)

Shortest of the Edward Yang movies but felt like the longest. This one was hard to get through im not gonna lie. Pretty bored throughout. I can recognize the seeds of what was to come from his as a director and the multilayered story was semi entertaining but this one just wasnt it. Some pretty cool shots raise this from 2.5 to a 3 but i have to be honest out here on letterboxd. I just wanted more from Yang
